As most of us know, struggling with feelings of loneliness are common during quarantine. After we left campus, I found it significantly harder to keep in touch with friends from Davidson. However, thanks to Gaby Morale (fellow humster) we have been given the chance to collaborate on a quarantine journal. Each page is unique: a collection of personalized messages, drawings, lists of accomplishments, and so much more. Every page represents each individual’s unique identity whether it be the personal expression through color, what they dedicated their page to, how the words were expressed. This journal is an authentic dedication to the quarantine experience: our new way of living life and expressing our thoughts and feelings. Each person’s characteristics shine through the pages and give insight to their personalities and identities.
